“The House” Day Space
JOIN’s Day Space, or House, is open for modified services on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 pm – 4 pm. Services available are currently modified due to Covid-19, please visit during these hours and bring photo identification. Friends who are visiting will have access to mail, portable bathrooms, hygiene items, and nutritional support (sack lunches, snacks, coffee, water, etc.) through our ADA entrance at 1435 NE 81st Ave, Portland.
Showers are available on a first-come-first-serve basis when the Day Space is open. Please wear a mask in the building and self-report any covid symptoms.
Housing Services
JOIN has limited resources to help individuals and families into housing, and prioritizes those people that our Outreach Workers meet on the streets and who are currently homeless. Our housing services are not available by coming to the JOIN Day Space but, depending on staff availability on the day you come in, JOIN may be able to help you with referral information, application assistance, or other non-financial support with your housing search.
