Housing Retention Coordinator

The JOIN Housing Retention Coordinator supervises the daily work of the team as it relates to established service delivery requirements and supports individual workers to manage their caseloads and complete required documentation.  They represent the team at system meetings and, with their manager, develop and track team processes, performance, and procedures.
